Two-step sign-in, a lost phone

Owners and admins sign in with a second step: after the password, a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on their phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy, all free).

To set it up, install the app, open Security in WorkXBridge and press “Set up two-step sign-in”. Enter your password, scan the QR code with the app, then type the 6 digits the app shows.

WorkXBridge then gives you backup codes. Write them on paper and keep them somewhere safe: each one signs you in once, when your phone is lost or broken.

Lost your phone and your backup codes too? Ask your organisation’s owner or an admin to reset your two-step sign-in from Team. You set it up again at your next sign-in.
