The service
WorkXBridge is software for licensed recruitment agencies and the agencies and employers abroad who hire through them. It is not a recruitment agency: it doesn’t recruit, employ or place anyone.
Workers use the job board, apply to consultancies and answer interviews for free.
Who may use it
Organisations that hold the licence their work requires: in Nepal, a foreign employment licence from the Department of Foreign Employment. WorkXBridge checks each organisation before it works here, and may pause one whose licence lapses.
An organisation is responsible for the people it adds and what they do.
What each organisation agrees to
To recruit lawfully: true jobs and demand letters, a worker’s agreement before their details are shared, and no fee beyond what the law allows, each with a receipt.
Never to take money from workers through WorkXBridge, nor to use it to go around the licensed agencies that answer for a worker.
To keep sign-in details safe, and to tell WorkXBridge at once of any misuse.
Fees
Organisations pay for WorkXBridge as their plan says. A per-hire fee, where a plan has one, is recorded when the agency selects a worker and charged once the worker’s arrival is confirmed.
No money for a job passes through WorkXBridge.
Your data
An organisation’s records stay its own. WorkXBridge handles them as the privacy notice says, and gives them back when the organisation leaves.
What an organisation publishes, such as a job, WorkXBridge shows where it was published: the job board, or the job market for consultancies.
Pausing and leaving
WorkXBridge may pause an organisation that breaks these terms or the law, and tells it why.
An organisation may leave at any time; its records are returned or deleted as the privacy notice says.
Responsibility and law
WorkXBridge checks organisations and jobs, but can’t promise any job, selection or visa. Each organisation answers for its own recruitment.
These terms follow the laws of Nepal.
