A worker’s record stays yours. An agency sees only what the worker agreed to: their work profile before the selection, their full name after it.

Their documents reach an agency only once the worker agrees to share them with that agency, and only after it selected them. Record that agreement on the worker’s page.

Every opening of a document is logged: owners and admins see who opened what in the access log.
