Sending workers to agency jobs

The job market lists verified jobs from agencies abroad, and how many of your ready workers fit each one.

Before you send a worker, record their agreement to be shown to agencies. The send panel shows exactly what the agency will see: a first name and initial, the work profile, the photo and videos.

The agency answers within seven days: it shortlists, books an interview, selects or declines. Follow each answer in Workers sent, and write to the agency in the Inbox. Contact details stay hidden until the selection.

When an interview is booked, copy the worker’s link and send it to them. If they answer you by phone, record their answer yourself.

Still stuck? Ask the manpower company you applied to. A problem with them? On your application’s page, under “Something wrong?”, press “Report a problem”, or complain to your country’s foreign employment office (in Nepal, the Department of Foreign Employment: dofe.gov.np). Manpower companies and agencies write to WorkXBridge from their workspace.
