Interviews, selection and arrival

Answer each worker within seven days: shortlist, book an interview, select, or decline with a reason. A worker you don’t answer in time is released.

Book an interview on your own clock: the consultancy and the worker see it in Nepal time too. Each interviewer records a trade test once it has started; the summary suggests a next step, you decide.

When you select a worker you see their full name. Their documents open once they agree to share them with you.

The consultancy claims the arrival when the worker lands. Confirm it, or say it hasn’t happened, within seven days.

Still stuck? Ask the manpower company you applied to. A problem with them? On your application’s page, under “Something wrong?”, press “Report a problem”, or complain to your country’s foreign employment office (in Nepal, the Department of Foreign Employment: dofe.gov.np). Manpower companies and agencies write to WorkXBridge from their workspace.
